Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient office in West McLean, Virginia, where you will work a Monday to Friday schedule consisting of 40-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities

As a physical therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and assessing patients' needs through comprehensive physical examinations based on physician referrals.
• Designing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals and physician recommendations.
• Delivering care through various therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to promote recovery and functionality.
• Providing education and support to patients and their caregivers regarding treatment protocols and self-management strategies.
• Actively engaging in multidisciplinary teamwork to contribute to the patient's holistic health and improve treatment outcomes.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while fostering a positive experience for every patient.
• Meeting designated productivity and utilization goals to support the overall effectiveness of the clinical team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, treating individuals of all ages with conditions across multiple specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support certification from an accredited organization.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Proficient in using computers and relevant healthcare documentation systems.
• A strong desire to build meaningful relationships with patients and foster connections throughout the community.

Preferred Experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program and licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
