Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Great Falls, Virginia, where you will engage with patients in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. You will work Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including thorough history reviews, performance assessments, and documentation of findings.
• Develop and communicate detailed treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring their input and understanding in goal setting.
• Implement customized treatment protocols based on individual evaluations, progress, and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, discussing cases and consulting on treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes while adhering to legal and ethical standards within the healthcare industry.
• Educate patients about prevention, management, and self-care related to musculoskeletal conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
