Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual diagnoses and physician referrals.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, to address orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and sports-related issues.
• Consistently maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment progress and modifying plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Engage with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic techniques, and home exercise programs to encourage proactive health management.
• Meet departmental utilization and productivity goals while ensuring exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
