Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and regular evaluations to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions, employing advanced techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve patient function and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to facilitate self-management and encourage adherence to therapeutic goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with regulatory guidelines to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate records for treatment evaluation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to provide holistic care tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent education from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
