Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and needs, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing patient assessments to monitor progress, adjusting treatment goals and methods as necessary to maximize patient recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and provide comprehensive treatment that addresses all aspects of the patient's condition.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and functional independence in patients after orthopedic surgery or injury.
• Document all patient interactions and progress accurately, adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of communication within the team.
• Lead educational sessions for patients and families regarding treatment strategies, health maintenance, and injury prevention.
• Participate in department initiatives such as community outreach, staff training, and continuous quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our center, you will primarily serve adult patients recovering from surgeries, fractures, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
