Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical function and needs of patients referred by physicians.
• Creating, implementing, and managing tailored treatment plans that align with patients' individual recovery goals.
• Delivering a range of physical therapy interventions utilizing proven techniques to promote effective recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educating and training patients, caregivers, and families about treatment protocols and progressing rehabilitation activities.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and leveraging interdisciplinary knowledge to improve patient health outcomes.
• Utilizing electronic health record systems to document patient progress, manage clinical data, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will primarily focus on a diverse population, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation software.

Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with additional experience in orthopedic, pediatric, or neurologic rehabilitation settings will be highly regarded. A passion for helping others and a desire to foster strong relationships with patients and their families are essential traits for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
