Willpower Physical Therapy is actively seeking dedicated and experienced licensed Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Chantilly, Virginia. Work Environment

You will work onsite at our Chantilly rehabilitation center, which is equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and comfortable treatment areas that ensure a restorative environment. The typical work schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be part of a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff, all working collaboratively to enhance the therapeutic experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to the state practice acts to ensure compliance and provide oversight as necessary for support personnel.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and disabilities, crafting individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, selecting appropriate modalities and techniques tailored to each patient's condition, needs, and progress.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, engaging in case discussion meetings to optimize patient care and address any changes in a patient's condition requiring adjustments in therapy.
• Oversee all aspects of patient progress, maintaining meticulous documentation that clearly articulates treatment strategies, goals, and outcomes, while ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare regulations.
• Engage in discharge planning with patients to ensure a smooth transition post-therapy, providing detailed follow-up care recommendations and support.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient access to physical therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists serve a diverse clientele requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, ranging from post-surgical patients to individuals with chronic pain or sports injuries. You will work closely with patients of varying ages, guiding them through therapeutic exercises designed to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience of at least two years within an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to a diverse range of conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient and accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
