Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and articulate patients' goals and physical requirements.
• Manage a focused patient caseload, typically serving one individual per hour to ensure quality care.
• Integrate evidence-based techniques to develop comprehensive care plans designed to enhance mobility and functionality.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving the range of motion and minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Encourage patients throughout their treatment journey, motivating them to commit to their rehabilitation goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide holistic and thorough patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals with orthopedic conditions, ranging from sports injuries to post-operative rehabilitation. You will develop strong relationships with patients, guiding them from initial assessment through to their recovery milestones, ensuring they receive the personalized attention they need to achieve optimal functionality.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program recognized by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in a home care environment or with sports medicine patients will set you apart as a strong candidate, enabling you to adapt quickly to the unique challenges involved in providing care in patients' homes.

Compensation and Benefits
