Work Environment

This position operates in a home care environment, providing flexibility and allowing therapists to work closely with patients in the comfort of their homes. You will have the autonomy to create and manage your schedule, working weekday hours from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients in their homes, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and recovery goals.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions utilizing various methodologies, including hands-on techniques, exercise regimens, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and restore mobility.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress diligently, ensuring compliance with best practices and healthcare regulations.

• Reassess patient conditions regularly and modify treatment plans accordingly to reflect ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Provide education and training for patients, their families, and caregivers regarding treatment protocols, assistive devices, and effective self-care strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, maintaining certifications, and networking with the professional community to enhance clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our typical patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries or traumatic injuries, as well as those managing chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.

• Maintain current licensure in the state of Virginia.

• Utilize computer proficiency for documenting patient care and accessing electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
