Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to understand their unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to aid in rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment strategies, explaining the importance of participation and adherence to their recovery plan.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to create a cohesive approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's health are considered.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment protocols, and outcome measures to drive accountability and measure effectiveness.

Our clientele ranges widely in age and physical capabilities, from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults working to regain independence following surgery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• A current Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, we highly encourage new graduates passionate about orthopedic care to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
