Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations, including the review of medical histories and performance of physical assessments, to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Communicating evaluation findings and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting recovery goals.
• Implementing customized treatment protocols based on patient evaluations while adapting to the evolving healthcare environment and patient needs.
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and timely, covering initial evaluations, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries to maintain a complete record of patient care.
• Participating in multi-disciplinary consultations to enhance patient care and modifying treatment plans based on observed changes in conditions.
• Engaging actively in marketing initiatives to promote clinic services while participating in community outreach programs.
• Contributing to departmental goals through collaboration and adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Mentoring and supervising students during their clinical rotations, offering guidance to foster their professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be working with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications
