Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, which include reviewing patient history, performing specific assessments, and formulating evidence-based treatment recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans with patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process to promote understanding and cooperation.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols in accordance with assessment findings, adapting as needed for each patient's unique situation and progress.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, recognizing changes in patient condition and modifying care plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage discharge planning effectively, ensuring continuity of care and adequate follow-up through timely, accurate documentation of patient interactions and care progress.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized schedule, punctuality, and active participation in team meetings.
• Engage in hospital and community outreach initiatives to promote our services and foster relationships within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will care for a diverse patient population primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and mobility improvement. The role involves creating and implementing personalized treatment approaches that accommodate various ages and backgrounds, helping patients regain function and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, preferably in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Certification in CPR is required to ensure patient safety during the course of treatment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
