Work Environment

As a physical therapist at Amber's Physical Therapy, you will work onsite in our outpatient office located in Ashburn, VA. The work schedule consists of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will be evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients referred by their physicians. You will assess patient conditions, develop rehabilitation strategies, and provide ongoing support throughout their recovery process. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Developing and adapting treatment protocols for patients with various needs, including orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports medicine.
• Providing skilled therapeutic care, whether in our clinic or through home-based therapy, using various modalities and techniques to enhance patient function as per the physician's plan.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, recovery strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance outcomes.
• Ensuring an exceptional level of service that contributes to positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications
