This full-time position will take place onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Ashburn, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, taking into account their medical history, physical abilities, and individual goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies to optimize recovery outcomes for a variety of conditions.
• Utilize a range of treatment modalities including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education to enhance rehabilitation efforts.
• Measure and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure goals are being met.
• Engage effectively with patients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering trust and motivation throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient care, contributing insights that may support shared goals in patient health.
• Document all treatment activities and patient interactions using our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and coding regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, treating individuals of all ages with various conditions including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric therapy needs, and sports-related injuries. Your work will not only rehabilitate physical impairments but will also foster ongoing wellness and injury prevention strategies, empowering patients to maintain active, fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication capabilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and staff.
• Proficient in utilizing digital systems for patient record-keeping and operational needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
