Work Environment

You will work onsite within a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Ashburn, VA. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions for a variety of cases, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge to support recovery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, establishing strong relationships with patients, and actively pursuing feedback to enhance care delivery.
• Meet established utilization and performance goals, contributing to the overall business objectives of the facility while maintaining a patient-centered focus.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse clientele, treating patients ranging from young children to the elderly, each with unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and documentation systems.
• An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, fostering an environment of trust and support.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally with exposure to a variety of patient populations and treatment modalities. Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, with performance-based bonuses available.
