Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patients' recovery goals, utilizing various modalities, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately.
• Participate in case reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, including regular communication with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain a focus on customer service excellence, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients and addressing their concerns promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, spanning various age groups and conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. You will have the opportunity to work with patients recovering from surgeries, traumatic injuries, chronic pain, and mobility issues. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Virginia.
