Key Responsibilities

The role of Physical Therapist encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical abilities and limitations, specifically in accordance with physician referrals.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address specific patient needs and goals.
• Utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional training to promote healing and recovery.
• Maintaining detailed patient documentation and contributing to care coordination efforts among healthcare providers.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive journey for patients throughout their rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric cases, neurological conditions, and those engaged in sports medicine rehabilitation. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, granted by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in basic computer and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation center or similar clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits
