Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, establishing achievable treatment goals tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement effective treatment programs that facilitate rehabilitation and promote physical functioning, in accordance with physician orders.
• Maintain meticulous records documenting patient progress, treatment efficacy, and modifications to care plans, utilizing electronic health records for organization and compliance.
• Provide clinical support and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, fostering a team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Engage in ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assess the effectiveness of interventions regularly, adapting as necessary to meet evolving patient needs and improving recovery timelines.
• Participate in departmental meetings to contribute ideas for improving therapy practices, enhancing patient experiences, and maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
