Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical capabilities, needs, and objectives through comprehensive evaluations.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring individualized attention and care.
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide manual therapy, exercise instruction, and therapeutic modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on techniques to reduce pain and enhance mobility, promoting self-management strategies.
• Actively monitor patient progress, adapting treatment tactics as necessary to achieve set goals.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere by consulting with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Virginia license as a Physical Therapist, maintaining a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.

• Proficiency in utilizing WebPT EMR software or similar documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a private outpatient setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
