Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical limitations, functional impairments, and health status, enabling tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment programs based on physician directives, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Document all evaluations, treatment procedures, and patient progress in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to adapt interventions based on patient response and evolving needs.

• Supervise physical therapy assistants and support personnel, providing guidance during patient treatments to ensure a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will primarily serve an adult population, including patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications
