Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, and changes in physical function resulting from various causes, synthesizing data to provide individualized treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment programs based on patients' needs and physician orders, tracking progress and modifying goals as appropriate.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, therapy sessions, and discharge summaries that align with professional standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Supervise and support the Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and other support personnel, providing guidance to optimize therapeutic interventions and ensure adherence to established care protocols.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational and speech therapists, and nursing staff, to create and assess integrated care interventions for our patients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and maintaining licensure requirements, contributing to team productivity and enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
