As a Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work on-site alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals committed to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic injuries and functional limitations, identifying key areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress by re-evaluating treatment plans and making necessary modifications based on assessments and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure continuity of care and optimize recovery outcomes for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals, home exercise regimens, and self-management strategies that promote recovery and prevent relapse.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with established regulatory standards and best practices.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and promote the rehab facility's services, enhancing visibility and engagement within the local community.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to support staff, including physical therapist aides and students, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those suffering from chronic pain conditions. Qualifications
