Work Environment

Your role will be conducted onsite at our Dulles outpatient facility, where you will thrive in a vibrant, supportive environment. The typical workweek consists of Monday through Friday, encompassing a total of 40 hours. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients referred by physicians, establishing clear and achievable treatment goals.
• Implement effective and evidence-based treatment programs that encompass a variety of specialty areas, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Provide accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Consult with patients and their caregivers, offering education and guidance on home exercises and recovery protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and foster a team-oriented approach to care.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, contributing to positive patient experiences and facility reputation.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the financial success of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic caters to a wide range of patient demographics, from young athletes recovering from injuries to older adults seeking rehabilitation after surgery. Qualifications

• Current Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid physical therapy license in the State of Virginia.
• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively educate patients and document care.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with a demonstrated history of effective patient treatment and satisfaction.
• Experience in diverse settings, including outpatient clinics and specialized therapeutic environments.
• Previous experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits
