Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of patient needs, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide skilled care in both individual and group settings, adapting techniques and exercises according to each patient's unique requirements.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment processes, their conditions, and home exercise programs for continued progress.
• Document treatment outcomes and modify care plans as necessary, maintaining accurate records in alignment with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Convivial Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing various specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Our goal is to restore function, reduce pain, and assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation milestones through tailored therapy plans comprehensively addressing their individual goals and lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) must be obtained and maintained.
• At least two years of clinical experience in physical therapy settings is required.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid is necessary.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively use word processing and electronic medical records systems.

Compensation and Benefits
