Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurologics, and sports medicine interventions.
• Deliver exemplary customer service while actively working to enhance the overall effectiveness of care and treatment continuity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, utilizing evidence-based approaches for treatment and recovery.
• Provide in-home therapeutic care where necessary, ensuring adherence to the physician's plan of care while facilitating functional improvements.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers through consultation, enabling them to understand their conditions and treatment pathways.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to key business objectives actively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide-ranging patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, children with developmental challenges, individuals with neurological disorders, and athletes recovering from sports-related injuries. Your role will directly impact their rehabilitation journey by employing targeted treatments and fostering a supportive environment that encourages progress.

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Bring a minimum of two years of relevant experience to the role.
• Maintain a current CPR certification.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer software and documentation tools relevant to physical therapy practices.
• Commit to establishing positive relationships with patients, determined to help them surpass their functional goals.
• Exhibit a strong desire to connect with others positively and foster relationships within the community.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have extensive experience in diverse specialties such as geriatrics, pediatrics, or sports medicine. Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques or advanced rehabilitation methodologies will be highly regarded, as will familiarity with integrated healthcare systems.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, you will be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
