Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patients' histories, performing targeted assessments, and developing personalized treatment recommendations based on these evaluations.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to both patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in implementing treatment protocols that are tailored to individual patient needs and aligned with best practices in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, recognizing the need for adjustments in treatment plans based on evolving patient conditions.
• Manage comprehensive discharge planning and effective follow-up care while meticulously documenting patient interactions, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries.
• Exhibit strong time management skills, ensuring productivity expectations are met without sacrificing the quality of patient care.
• Engage in marketing initiatives and community outreach to promote clinic services while fostering relationships within the community.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
