Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients, including assessing muscle function, joint mobility, and overall physical condition to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Directing physical therapy treatment focused on pain relief, functional mobility, and rehabilitation in accordance with the established plan of care.
• Supervising the implementation of treatment plans carried out by Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring that they adhere to the highest care standards.
• Utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities such as manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to aid patient recovery.
• Fitting and instructing patients on the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, making necessary adjustments to enhance mobility and comfort.
• Documenting patient progress through clear clinical records, including initial evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Engaging with the interdisciplinary team during case conferences to assess the comprehensive needs of each client.
• Establishing effective communication with patients and families regarding therapy goals and their involvement in the rehabilitation process.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
