Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and performing detailed assessments to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting for their rehabilitation journey.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient'sunique needs, adjusting as necessary for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, recognizing and documenting any changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate updates to care plans.
• Participate actively in discharge planning and ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities, which includes comprehensive notes on initial evaluations, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations.
• Manage schedules effectively, demonstrate accountability for productivity standards, and actively take part in marketing initiatives that enhance patient access and experience.
• Engage with ongoing professional development activities and contribute to departmental objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a supportive environment for patients, focusing on patient engagement and satisfaction through flexible and adaptable treatment methodologies.

Qualifications
