Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, creating comprehensive treatment programs that meet individual needs and align with medical guidelines.
• Implement a wide range of therapeutic techniques and interventions directly in the patient's home, employing modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Document each patient's progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments to ensure optimal recovery pathways.
• Provide clear guidance and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge to participate actively in the recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
