Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases within the rehabilitation facility.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation technologies.
• Monitoring patient progress and documenting treatment efficacy, adaptations, and benchmarks consistently and accurately.
• Reevaluating treatment plans as necessary, adjusting therapeutic goals and methods to ensure continuous patient improvement.
• Advising patients on the appropriate use of assistive devices and technology while providing hands-on training for use in daily activities.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy practices and exercises, empowering them for ongoing care.
• Engaging in continuing education opportunities to maintain your knowledge of the latest advancements in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
