Fine Spine Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our Herndon, Virginia, rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations through diagnostic tests of muscle, joint, and nerve function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, relieving pain, enhancing, or restoring muscle function, and maximizing performance.
• Administer therapy interventions, including manual exercises, therapeutic modalities, and functional training, while ensuring adherence to physician-prescribed care protocols.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants to ensure the accurate implementation of treatment plans and adherence to best practices.
• Continuously assess clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes and ongoing assessments.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques, devices, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions to contribute to the holistic care of clients.

Qualifications
