Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from various conditions, including surgeries, injuries, and chronic illnesses, utilizing evidence-based practices in a rehabilitation facility setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and therapeutic goals, incorporating techniques such as hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and education about mobility aids.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, reassessing treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changing patient requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to patients, their families, and caregivers on effective rehabilitation practices and the use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population, including children and adults facing various physical challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
