About the Role:
We are currently hiring a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toledo, OH. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a supportive team environment.
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will assist customers with questions, orders, and service requests while providing a professional and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers
• Answer calls and respond to emails from customers
• Assist customers with orders, billing questions, and account updates
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Help create a positive experience for every customer
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred; NOT required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
