What You ll Do

• Respond to 24-hour on-call emergencies, including trauma and urgent urology cases
• Perform core procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and more
• Manage adult patient population (over 18), with occasional pediatric support for OB-related cases
• Assist with robotic surgery when required
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)
• Support the emergency department during call shifts
• Document patient encounters in EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with support staff including nurses and medical assistants

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand (PA license preferred for quicker onboarding)
• DEA certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Ability to work 24-hour call shifts as scheduled
• Strong procedural skills and team collaboration abilities
