Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour (6-month CONTRACT, may be extended) Shift: 1st,, 8am-4:30pm, some flexibility What’s a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Consultant? You’ll be: Developing and implementing recruitment, retention, and workforce planning solutions to meet short-term and long-term staffing needs. Creatively sourcing qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional channels, maintaining a robust pipeline of talent. Conducting candidate outreach, exploratory interviews, and building relationships for current and future opportunities. Managing the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, resume reviews, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and composing offer letters. Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Tracking and reporting recruiting activity using systems such as Ultipro eRecruitment. Partnering with business units and HR leaders to assess and fill human capital needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Participating in the design and optimization of recruiting policies, programs, and initiatives. Providing expertise on recruitment processes and supporting the continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR functions. Possess strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills. Are experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Ultipro eRecruitment. Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities. Can work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. Are comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and adapting to evolving business needs. Have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
