We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to expand market presence, cultivate lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This individual will identify business opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and deliver technology solutions that address customer needs. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with a proven history of exceeding sales goals and managing complex opportunities from prospecting through close.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan designed to generate new business while growing existing customer accounts.
  
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including end users, technical staff, purchasing teams, executives, and government officials where applicable.
  
• Identify customer challenges and recommend integrated technology solutions that align with operational and business objectives.
  
• Lead sales opportunities by coordinating internal subject matter experts and external partners throughout the sales cycle.
  
• Create winning sales strategies, oversee proposal development, and guide opportunities through successful completion.
  
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer activity, forecasts, and opportunity details within the CRM system.
  
• Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and uncover new opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with strategic technology partners to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to strengthen customer conversations.
  
• Present products, services, pricing, and value propositions effectively to audiences ranging from technical users to executive leadership.
  
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding territory performance, account activity, and business development efforts.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of successful B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within technology, communications, networking, security, or related industries.
  
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
  
• Strong presentation, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to establish credibility and influence decision-makers at every level of an organization.
  
• Experience selling into markets such as public safety, healthcare, education, commercial, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
  
• Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (approximately 50%).
  
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
