Territory Account Manager

Join Richwood Industries , a leader in bulk material handling solutions, as a Territory Account Manager . You’ll be the face of our company in the field—delivering value, insight, and service to mining and industrial clients across your region.

• Most important is the ability to take a consultative approach to determining the customers’ needs and offering appropriate solutions in a technical field.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
• Conduct on-site visits for equipment inspections, maintenance recommendations, and technical support.
• Deliver consultative solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending the right Richwood products.
• Lead product demos and training using our mobile demo trailer.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, logistics) to ensure top-tier service.
• Manage your territory through cold-calling, lead generation, and CRM tracking.

Territory Account Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales , mining , or industrial maintenance (preferred).
• Background in quarry/mining , bulk material handling , or mechanical/fabrication is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read diagrams , measure equipment , and write clear, persuasive proposals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Miami, Florida area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle requirements.
