Its capabilities include data science, software development, network engineering, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), and logistics.Job Description**This position is contingent upon award of contract**SOSi is seeking a Knowledge Manager. The Knowledge Manager leads business process development by designing, implementing, and optimizing knowledge management systems that enhance data operations. They support the creation, testing, migration, documentation, maintenance, and daily operation of customer record-keeping and data management. Knowledge Managers develop and execute a comprehensive KM strategy, coordinate resources (tools and data), and manage hardware and software requirements.Essential Job DutiesManage and maintain email distribution lists.Manage Active Directory.Design, implement, and administer the organization's knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint sites, wikis, intranets, databases).Develop and manage the information architecture and taxonomy (i.e., the structure and tagging system) to ensure content is organized logically and easily searchable.Oversee the content lifecycle by ensuring information is reviewed, updated for accuracy and relevance, and properly archived or deleted when obsolete.Train and onboard employees on how to use knowledge management tools and adhere to established processes.Act as a champion for a knowledge-sharing culture, advocating for the benefits and encouraging participation across all departments.Analyze user feedback and platform analytics to identify pain points, improve the user experience, and guide future KM developments.QualificationsMinimum RequirementsActive TS/SCI security clearance (Willing to submit for CI Poly).12+ years of experience in knowledge management with specific experience using Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) in the last 5 years.Bachelor’s degree in information management, business, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys.Demonstrated analytic leadership and expertise in executing analytic production methodologies.Demonstrated extensive ability to provide strategic advice and technical guidance to policymakers.Ability to design and maintain a centralized repository of information.Skilled at identifying and codifying best practices and lessons learned and implementing solutions.Additional InformationWork EnvironmentFull-time, onsite.Work is performed in secure government and contractor facilities and requires strict handling of classified and sensitive information.Travel to government, partner, and operational locations may be required.Working at SOSiAll interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: OtherExperience level: Not ApplicableIndustry: Information Technology And Services
