Associate Attorney Employment Litigation

Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation to join a growing office in New Providence, New Jersey. This is an amazing client-facing opportunity for attorneys seeking a partnership track to work under the mentorship of partners and senior associates. Requirements 3-5 years of employment litigation experience, prefer 2+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience Experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey Base Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 + Bonus Benefits Hybrid work environment, medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid parental leave, 401(k), profit sharing, life insurance, long-term disability, and an employee assistance program.
