Leading enterprise technology strategy, the full-time Chief Technology Officer will define and execute initiatives in cloud engineering, data management, and AI implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering innovation, with the flexibility to work remotely or from various office locations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy aligned with business objectives and growth Lead the strategy and operation of cloud and platform engineering, ensuring secure and scalable technology platforms Drive the implementation of enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable business value and transform processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 5 years in executive roles within large enterprises Deep expertise in cloud-native platforms and enterprise-scale digital capabilities Proven success in delivering enterprise AI solutions with measurable outcomes and organizational adoption Strong understanding of technology governance, cloud security, and regulatory environments in financial services or insurance
