Land Development Manager

Role Description The Land Development Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of residential land development projects. This role manages all phases of site development, including due diligence, entitlement support, infrastructure installation, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies. The Land Development Manager prepares and monitors budgets and schedules, reviews feasibility studies, evaluates project risks, and ensures that land improvements align with homebuilding plans and community standards. Day‑to‑day activities include attending project meetings, resolving field issues, verifying quality and compliance with plans and regulations, and collaborating closely with construction, purchasing, and design teams to support successful community delivery. Qualifications Strong experience in Site Development and Land Development, including planning, coordination, and execution of residential land projects. Ability to conduct and interpret Feasibility Studies related to land acquisition, entitlements, infrastructure, and project viability. Demonstrated proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting for development projects. Background in Homebuilding operations and an understanding of how land development integrates with community design and construction. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, urban planning, real estate development, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and utility coordination in the Las Vegas, NV area or similar markets. Strong project management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, external partners, and public agencies. Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and reading civil plans and technical documents. Experience leading vendors and field teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
