Client Advisor - Madison 695

Summary The Client Advisor delivers exceptional service on the boutique sales floor, building lasting client relationships while achieving individual and store sales targets. This role requires deep product knowledge of Dolce & Gabbana collections and a passion for luxury retail. The Client Advisor also supports operational excellence, merchandising, and the sales ceremony to uphold brand standards. Responsibilities Provide impeccable, personalized service to clients and act as a brand ambassador. Achieve individual and store sales goals, consistently meeting monthly targets. Use CRM tools to monitor, update, and grow client relationships and source new clients. Mentor and support the sales team and ensure the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor. Demonstrate and maintain strong product knowledge of Women’s and Men’s RTW and Dolce & Gabbana heritage. Assist with merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and implementation of sales policies. Requirements 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience. Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW with strong product knowledge.
