Senior Client Advisor - Madison Ave Flagship

Summary The Senior Client Advisor will act as a passionate brand ambassador at the Madison Avenue flagship, delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and driving individual sales performance. This role serves as a role model to the sales team and supports store management with floor operations, clienteling and mentoring activities. The position focuses on strengthening client relationships through personalized service and effective use of CRM and digital retail tools. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening and advising clients on product selection and styling. Proactively identify cross‑selling opportunities across product categories to maximize sales. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and clienteling initiatives to build loyalty. Support store operations including visual merchandising, stock procedures, cash activity and inventory tasks. Assist management with floor management, opening and closing duties, and daily operational needs. Mentor and support team members, promoting teamwork and a positive store environment. Requirements Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or client advisory role with demonstrated sales results. Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs with strong selling and objection‑handling skills. Keen interest in fashion and luxury trends, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with digital retail tools and CRM systems; client‑centric and entrepreneurial approach.
