Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will take on a range of important responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs and challenges faced by clients.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based psychological practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy sessions, adjusting techniques and approaches according to each client’s preferences and therapeutic needs.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Working collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to develop and execute treatment strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that promote recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients in various stages of detoxification, experiencing a range of mental health issues. You will work with individuals navigating challenges such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping them develop coping strategies, build resilience, and navigate their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health or substance use disorder setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
