Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary duties will include:

• Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilizing our dedicated billing service for managing claims, client accounts receivable, insurance eligibility checks, and creating manageable payment plans for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of client sessions, ensuring that documentation requirements are met consistently.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments and managing an updated calendar to facilitate consistent client engagement.
\n
• Catering to a variety of clinical presentations, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will address a range of issues including addiction, mental health disorders, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in leading clients through their recovery journey, providing them with essential coping mechanisms, support, and encouragement throughout their treatment process.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong professionalism, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to set appropriate therapeutic boundaries.

• Self-motivation paired with a commitment to cultural competence within your practice.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two evenings available for client appointments per week, contributing to a minimum of 40 hours per week workload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
