All about the role:

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of inbound shipments and processing of outbound customer orders. This role partners with internal teams and transportation providers to support efficient operations, maintain compliance with quality and service standards, and resolve operational issues. Responsibilities include coordinating shipment schedules, supporting inventory accuracy, and utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to generate pick lists, put-away lists, load sheets, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Where you'll be:

You will be based in our Lancaster RDC location, this role is for a 2nd shift.

What you'll do:

• Monitor all merchandise received and shipped from the facility, identifying and resolving shortages, overages, and other inventory discrepancies.
• Record and document inbound and outbound discrepancies, including incorrect products, quantity variances, and damaged goods.
• Prepare routine reports and maintain shipping and receiving documentation to ensure damaged and defective products are properly tracked, accounted for, and processed.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Office Clerk regarding office supply needs and help ensure receiving and loading dock areas remain secure from unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, maintaining a flexible, team-oriented approach to support operational priorities and organizational goals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the facility's inventory layout and coordinate effectively with inbound/outbound clamp operators and carriers to support pickup and delivery schedules.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to generate and manage shipping and receiving documentation, including pick lists, put-away lists, load sheets, and outbound Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience of Shipping and Receiving.
• Experience working with a variety of WMS, MO and understanding of SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure independently and as part of the team.
• Flexibility to work standard shifts as well as extended business hours depending on customer needs
