Seeking an Electrical/Hardware Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience in product development, electrical/electronic components, design validation, and hardware testing.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience .
Experience with electrical/electronic component selection, evaluation, component engineering, and product development.
Support Value Engineering / VAVE, cost savings, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions .
Address component EOL, PCN, and line-down risks and support technical changes through PLM/ECN processes.
Develop and troubleshoot circuits/PCBs; perform simulation and design validation.
Create test plans, test reports, product specifications, and execute system/hardware testing.
Experience with worst-case and thermal analysis, EMI/EMC testing , and applicable standards such as UL.
Hands-on experience with DMM, DSO/oscilloscope, LCR meter, signal generator, AC/DC current probes, and debuggers .
Follow quality procedures and approval guidelines to execute and document testing.

Preferred: Experience with VAVE/value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives.
