Operations Manager

White Birch Armory is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple operational functions, driving process improvements, ensuring workplace safety, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and accountability across operational departments. Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures. Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures. Oversee customer service standards and support an exceptional customer experience. Lead operational planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate organizational goals, policies, and expectations to managers and staff. Leadership & Team Management Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Operations team members. Coach and mentor departmental leaders while fostering accountability and high performance. Establish goals, performance metrics, and measurable outcomes aligned with company objectives. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives. Promote collaboration, communication, and a culture of safety, excellence, and customer service. Qualifications 5+ years of operational leadership experience preferred. Experience managing multiple departments and operational functions. Strong knowledge of operations management, process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive results. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
