Operating Model Transformation Manager - Business Analysis

Aon is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis to support its Internal Consulting team on the design and delivery of a multi-year Operating Model Transformation. The role partners with leaders across Solution Lines, Regions and Functions to translate strategy into practical, measurable changes. You will lead qualitative and quantitative analyses, map processes, define requirements and prepare decision-ready materials for steering committees, while collaborating with internal consultants, project #J-18808-Ljbffr AON
