What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a positive service experience from arrival to vehicle delivery
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Recommend maintenance and service solutions based on vehicle needs
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Provide updates on repair status, timelines, and costs
• Build trust and establish long-term customer relationships
• Help drive customer satisfaction and retention goals

What You'll Bring

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with attention to detail
• Strong computer and customer management system skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission(s) off individual sales, individual gross profit bonuses based on individual manufacturer approbability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
